Tulips Hunger Project
India has made made significant progress on human development since Independence, but the benefits of a growing economy, revenue is not divided equally: India is still home to one-third of the world’s poor.
Tales of an uncertain exodus, from migrant workers who faced starvation and made impossible journeys back home. Tulips reaches out to thousands of migrant workers ,below poverty line families ,widows, destitute, disabled and less fortunate like daily wagers, labors. Trapped in a food crisis.
Immense pleasure to say that past 3 months tulips has reached more families in whom fear of hunger was more than the disease itself.
In the journey of 100 days of hunger campaign tulips foundation have witnessed prima the awaiting souls for a belly full of meals.
Witnessing the huge success of the campaign we extend our tulips hunger project for next 100 days till normality sets in.
What we do
The integrated program to create awareness and to combat food crisis will address three issues of essential groceries, cooked meals and basic commodities in the community.
We support action-based hunger programs that provide our services to labor camps, migrants, daily wagers, widows and orphans, destitute and chronic patients. Our volunteer-packaged meals at schools, small scale factories, slums and migrant colonies.
